Our last few weeks in Success were very hectic and at times we wondered if we should have given ourselves more time, but we managed to pack it all up, clean up and move out in time.
We did get a little spare time to spend with the Sarah and Gareth whilst they were visiting from England and had our youngest ever drivers, Rhys & Maddie take over the wheel !!!
Of course as time ran out on us while moving and we have been spending time over the past week on finding space for all the items we crammed into the bus on the way out the door. Slowly but surely everthing is finding a home, and others are being packed up for storage.
The journey up Red Hill Monday night with the bus was uneventful and peaceful which was a good start to things.
Still learning on how the bus settles on the springs when the air is released, and have been adding and taking away some chocks to try and get the bus level. Just when we think we have it sussed it settles a little bit more and we have to start again. An interesting learning curve ...
We have had a few little hiccups with some leaking water, water pumps, gas connections and adjusting the fridges to the right temperatures.
We are very impressed with our new patio ... keeps the sun off beautifully and we are now planning on a second one for the other side to keep the heat out.
Will put up a some photos of the inside shortly (when it's nice and tidy and everything has a home !!)
