Things are progressing nicely ... we now have AC & DC power, switchboards, chargers, batteries and power points throughout the bus, the reverse cycle airconditioner is up and operational and the solar panels are mounted, operational and charging the batteries.
We had tested all the panels prior to mounting and securing to the roof, but as luck would have it one failed when the whole system went online. Warranty did cover the panel but naturally the size we had wasn't available. So after some clever designing by Paul we now have one larger panel but they still all fit on the roof.
We have also made progress on the bathroom ... the walls, shower receess and floor are all in and preps for the toilet, shower rose, plumbing and exhaust fan are now in place. Photos are on the link if you want to see the stages of bathroom construction.
We are currently working on finshing the ceiling panels throughout the bus and when rain stops play Paul is working on getting the water and plumbing connected. We have also finally found a seat for Shana (yes, I do get to travel in the bus!!!) so we have a little more structural work to do then we can install the seat and get the instal certified.
